The official report is that twin towers fell due to immense structural damage caused by crashing of planes into the building. AL-Queda suicide operatives caused the destruction of the twin towers However, there are many conspiracy theories that people assume that attribute the execution of the 9/11 attack. These are the six common theories that people believe to cause this destruction that are still in controversy.
1.Conspiracy Theory – Twin towers were collapsed by U.S government
Fact: No, it isn’t
The North American Aerospace Defence Command had the capacity of locating the plane. However they were allowed to meet the target without any interference. When the US government officially announced that it is done by the AL-Qaeda, many people believed it was an inside job. Being a country with more military forces and there is no armed force that came in emergency, it is portrayed as the perfect attack. A commoner belief is that they wantedly ordered their fighter jet to stand down at the time of the crash. This made people believe that is to justify the invasion of Iran and Afghanistan to secure oil sources.
2.Conspiracy Theory – United Airlines 93 was shot down

- There are many reports to states that the passengers on Flight 93 struggled to take back the plane from hijackers which causes the little wreckage in the plane and that crashes into the open field into Pennsylvania. It was the only plane that did not reach its target. So it was shot down by American Government as they found out about the alleged plot.
- Flight 93 passengers were heroes when they sacrificed their lives for the country. There is no evidence flight 93 was shot down, it was brought down due to commotion created by passengers when they realized America was under attack by terrorists .

Many eye witnesses reported that there were many explosions before the crashing of the plane. The building fell on its own footprint and in a brief moment looked like controlled demolition. Some people said that there was a massive explosion shooting out from the lower part of the debris. When many argued it is a structural demolition caused by fire, but it is not the case. It is stated that the fire was only there for 56 minutes, which is not capable of bringing down the entire building.

Primary reason the towers collapsed is because the huge fire from the fuel from the planes weakened the beams and steel columns near the plane impact. Since a huge amount of concrete fell to the ground too quickly it created a cloud of dust which made conspiracy theorists have their day.

But after detailed investigations by multiple agencies it is confirmed that 2 planes can actually bring down twin towers due to some structural engineering flaws. Though the flaws were not deliberate they were vulnerable for the terrorists to take advantage of.

We know the twin towers got hit, the conspiracy is most probably a cover up of incompetency. Imagine the Dept of Defense saying they shot the pentagon with a missile by accident trying to take down a plane. They probably also shot down the Pennsylvania plane. It would make more sense than anything else just to prevent additional fatalities. They could have a missile rip a wing, which is what the wreckage looked like.

I’m not going to say I know for sure 100 percent what happened, but I have a question to those who think it was a missile that hit the pentagon.
Why would they use actual planes on the twin towers then use a missile on the pentagon and claim it was a plane? Why not just use another plane? Did they run out of frequent flyer miles?
That the twin towers and pentagon were attacked by the US government. That the controlled fall off the towers had nothing to do with the airplanes that hit them. That the airplane that hit the pentagon was, in fact, a missile.
