Well this conspiracy theory has been in existence since the day cancer was identified to be a deadly auto immune disease. No Cancer can only be controlled and there is no cure for cancer. People can lead a healthy lifestyle for a long time even if they have certain types of cancer. But till today there is no cure for cancer.
